1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your Cali Clear 2G disposable or V4 Cartridge is “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) or suffers from a verifiable hardware failure (e.g., the battery will not charge or the coil will not fire).

  • Shipping Errors: If you receive the incorrect strain, flavor, or product (e.g., you ordered Zaza Blast but received Mimosa).

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives physically broken or leaking due to mishandling by the shipping carrier.

2. Non-Refundable Items and Conditions

Due to the nature of cannabis-derived products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or Used Products: Any product where the safety seal has been broken or the oil has been partially consumed.

  • Personal Preference: We do not offer refunds based on subjective tastes regarding specific Cali Clear flavors.

4. Hardware Troubleshooting Requirement

Before a refund is issued for a “clogged” or “non-firing” device, we require customers to perform basic troubleshooting. Many issues with Cali Clear 2G disposables are caused by temperature-sensitive oil thickening.

  • Ensure the device is fully charged via USB-C.

  • Gently warm the device to lower the oil viscosity.

  • If these steps fail, we will proceed with your warranty replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping

For confirmed shipping errors or manufacturing defects, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. For all other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item at our Redlands facility.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Because we strive for fast, discreet shipping, most orders are processed within 2 hours. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.
