Hardware Manufacturing Guarantee
All Cali Clear hardware is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty is designed to protect you against technical failures that occur under normal use. Because our oil is a 90% pure molecular distillate, it requires precision-engineered heating elements to vaporize correctly. If your device fails to function due to a mechanical or electrical error, we are committed to making it right.
What is covered under our warranty:
Dead on Arrival (DOA): Disposables or cartridges that fail to fire immediately out of the box.
Battery Failure: Internal battery malfunctions in the Cali Clear 2G disposable that prevent the device from holding a charge or firing.
Leaking Hardware: Significant leaking caused by a structural defect in the tank or seals (not caused by improper storage).
Electrical Shorts: Cartridges that are not recognized by standard 510-thread batteries due to manufacturing errors in the connection point.
What is Not Covered
To maintain the highest level of service and safety for all customers, certain conditions are excluded from our warranty coverage:
